Pricing
All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this website are only valid online at the time shown.
Flitch Furniture is not responsible for incorrect pricing on external websites.
Password and Account Security
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account and all activities that take place under your password or account. If you use a shared computer, ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session.
If you believe that there has been a security breach or misuse of your password or account, please let us know immediately.
Flitch Furniture will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of your failure to comply with this clause.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we offer shipping in the contiguous US.
Each product we make is made to order and will be shipped within 10-12 business days after your order is placed. For larger orders, we may contact you with any updates to our production time.
Before ordering, please ensure that any larger item will fit into your house, including measuring doorways, staircases and entrances. Any costs incurred relating to a failed delivery, rescheduled delivery or cancelled delivery will be at the customer’s expense.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Flitch is meticulous about quality and inspects every item thoroughly before it leaves our shop. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
All returned items should be sent back in perfect condition, unused, in the original packaging and fit for resale. Upon receiving the returned item in excellent condition we will issue a full refund to the card used for the original payment, minus any transportation or postage costs.
